Cerne Abbas – Giants Head – not been there for a few years – good location but limited for dofe
Renscombe, Purbeck – Poole and Dorset Adventure Centre – bunks and camping

Powdermills and Dewerstone Bunkhouses – Spirit of Adventure – great winter training bases
Postbridge, Dartmoor – Runnage Farm – bunkhouses very useful in the winter!
Princetown, Dartmoor – Plume of Feathers – can be midgy in the small camping area
Farmsites on Dartmoor – very basic and sometimes a bit poohy – go with an open mind!
